San Diego Engagement Photographer | A Timeless Beach Session

I met up with Blair & Aiden at Windandsea Beach in San Diego—the kind of day that makes you forget you ever owned a winter coat. As a San Diego engagement photographer, this day was what my dreams are made of – beach breeze, beautiful waves, sun doing its golden-hour magic. Beach sessions are forever for a reason: they’re clean, romantic, and completely distraction-free…just you two, the ocean, and a backdrop that photographs like a dream.

Windansea is one of my favorites because it gives you options: smooth sandstone for those editorial, minimalist frames; tide pools that sparkle at sunset; and that classic shoreline for the timeless “we’re in love by the water” shot your grandkids will still think is chic. We even took some time to wander through the neighborhood for some more lived-in shots.
