This Hall on Dragon wedding was a highlight of my busy 2022 fall wedding season!

Alexa and David began their wedding day by getting ready separately, Alexa at a local Airbnb and David at their Dallas apartment. When I arrived at the bridal suite, the bridesmaids were bursting with contagious energy, and I knew it was going to be a fun day celebrating Alexa and David. We spent some time capturing Alexa’s timeless detail selection before taking a moment to pour out the champagne and make a toast with the girls. Then, we moved to the Hall on Dragon for the remainder of the wedding day.

Once we arrived at the Hall on Dragon, we made sure Alexa was tucked away in the getting ready suite since David would be arriving shortly after. Alexa got dressed with her mom’s help, before doing a private first look with her dad and exchanging gifts with her parents in front of the venue. With it being September in Texas, it was still fairly hot midday. The great thing a Hall on Dragon wedding is that everything is inside (a huge plus for that Texas heat).

Alexa and David’s reception at the Hall on Dragon stole the show. I can remember them telling me early on that the party was most important to them. This party pulled out all the stops – complete with confetti and cryo guns! Of course, Dan Quinn Entertainment was to thank for keeping the energy going throughout the night.
