This NYC venue is nestled in the center of midtown Manhattan, and this is as NYC as it gets. Sitting on top of the famous Rockefeller Center, the views of the city and St. Patrick’s Cathedral are unbeatable. This is by far the best NYC rooftop wedding venue! EDISON BALLROOM

As a New York City wedding photographer, I can imagine walking around the corner to the NYPL for elegant newlywed portraits. EVENTS AT CHELSEA SQUARE – MANHATTAN WEDDING VENUES COLLECTION
Events at Chelsea Square offers combination of elegance and urban charm nestled in the neighborhood of Chelsea. A benefit to this venue is its flexible layout that can work for small and large events alike. The outdoor patio is a huge draw for this NYC wedding venue. THE UNIVERSITY CLUB
The University Club is a historic and exclusive Manhattan wedding venue. This NYC wedding venue is the pinnacle of sophistication. Access is exclusive to members only, but a member may be able to sponsor you. Most notably, the library is a great place for newlywed photos. The University Club has rooms on site for guests to stay in, likely for members only. The Club also comps one suite for the bride and groom. NEW YORK PUBLIC LIBRARY
Follow in the footsteps of Carrie Bradshaw and do the most iconic thing possible – get married at the NYPL. Or maybe you are a bookworm? Either way, the New York Public Library does rent out the space for weddings and events. The front steps and large archways are great backdrops for wedding portraits (and engagement sessions too). All fees paid go to support the public library, which is a huge benefit. However, only civil ceremonies are allowed at the NYPL – no religious ceremonies. The New York Public Library is another one of the most expensive venues in NYC.

Okay, if you’ve been here a while, you know I have a sweet spot for an NYC city hall wedding! While it is not your traditional Manhattan wedding venue, the energy in NYC city hall is electric and just so much fun! The building is busting with so much love and excitement. Besides this, a city hall wedding gives you the opportunity to break away from tradition and do your own thing. Many of my city hall wedding clients opt to still have a dinner party at a restaurant or venue suitable for intimate celebrations.

HAROLD PRATT HOUSE
The Harold Pratt House is located on Park Avenue and features six unique rooms for your event. The grandeur of this Manhattan venue will wow you and your guests. Built around 1920, this venue feels like home, if home was a luxury mansion capable of hosting up to 150 guests. If you are looking for a classically New York City wedding venue with all of that old world charm, Harold Pratt House is worth looking into. This historic mansion is reminiscent of Paris, most notably because of the cut stone on the exterior of the Pratt Mansion that is often seen in Paris architecture. The ballroom overlooking Central Park is the perfect reception space.
